2025 26th China International Education Annual Conference and Exhibition

Details of 2025 26th China Int'l Education Exhibition: scale, features, activities & global resources.

Exhibition Overview

The “China International Education Exhibition”, founded in 2000 by the China Education Association for International Exchange, is held annually in autumn and tours to cities like Beijing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Shanghai. As a key part of the China International Education Annual Conference, it leads domestic international education exhibitions with large scale, wide influence, comprehensive content, strong brand, and high popularity. Its biggest feature is over 20 national pavilions each year—more than any other domestic similar exhibition—ensuring the regularity and authority of participating schools while fully showcasing each country’s educational image and strength. Secondly, the annual guest country mechanism has become an important form to guide diversified study abroad, focusing on and displaying the guest country’s cultural experiences, educational resources, and leading institutions. Thirdly, about 500 institutions participate each year, with over 2,000 overseas representatives from nearly 40 countries and regions, attracting around 50,000 visitors nationwide. Fourthly, the exhibition tours four cities annually, providing opportunities for students to engage with high-quality overseas educational resources and building a platform for international education exchange workers, leaders, experts, scholars, institutions, and representatives to communicate and cooperate with overseas institutions face-to-face without leaving the country.

On-Site Activities

During the exhibition, many overseas national education institutions, embassy education offices, and well-known organize multiple study abroad lectures and interactive activities in the comprehensive area, focusing on promoting their formal institutions, visa requirements, education quality certification systems, and high-quality international courses. Experts answer questions on-site, and visitors can interact face-to-face with detailed and practical information. These study abroad lectures allow visitors to access first-hand study abroad dynamics, master necessary policies, regulations, and application skills, and achieve real interaction between visitors and representatives.

Value-Added Services

As a value-added service for exhibitors, participating institutions will also have the opportunity to obtain pre-exhibition online promotion opportunities, including voice sharing courses, live broadcasts, and other series.
